We favour an aesthetic approach in creating awareness of valued recreational areas on Tin Can Hill. Our objective is to post photographs, narratives and other impressions from stewards of the hill and recreational users. Sharing impressions with others, helps them understand why certain settings have particular value and significance—why such places should be set aside for public recreation and enjoyment.
We continue to set up and new material is coming. We are also working on an interactive Blog and email form. Please send an email if you would like to publish your own interpretations of Tin Can Hill and other natural reserves around town. You may also contact Susan Elvin, Community Associate, at: (867) 444-0944 for more information.
